    Excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de iglesia Santa Croce y de las cuadras donde están varios pubs y bares donde va mucha gente joven. Zona segura. El personal es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a consultas y demás. Atención muy buena. Recomendable!

    Con respecto a mi opinión del hotel Santa Croce en Florencia, puedo decir que al llegar me lleve la sorpresa de que me tenían reservada una habitación sencilla, cosa que fué un error por que al hacer la reserva en su página web, solicité claramente una habitación con 2 camas twins. El staff del hotel fué muy amable y nos cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente, nos comentaron que ustedes no le informaron esta solicitud. En cuanto a la ubicación me parece bien ya que está en pleno centro historico, sin embargo deberían ser más efectivos en indicarnos bien la dirección para llegar desde la estación central, ya que no saben exactamente que bus se puede tomar, con lo cuál tienes que pedir un taxi por obligación. Espero este tipo de inconvenientes en cuanto a la información no se repitan.

    Super zentral gelegen, zu Fuß alles Problemlos erreichbar. Das Hotel war funktional eingerichtet, sehr nett und hilfsbereites Personal. Für italienische Verhältnisse absolut akzeptabel.

    Es un hostal muy acojedor, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es estupenda, a 5 minutos andando de todos los sitios de interés, mi unica pega es la falta de internet.
