A small hotel, but very honest. There isn't a reception 24hs, but the guests keeps the keys. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The lift is very small, just two persons at time, or one person with bags, the hotel is in a 3o. floor.

Just adjacent to Galleria dell'accadamia, the position just cannot get better with everything including the station and the important tourist sites within easy access. The staff were super-friendly and the breakfast was good (nothing fancy but you can eat to your heart's content) in a very homely atmosphere. There was a strange smell in the entire floor which is kind of bothersome and the furniture/amenities were old. The wi-fi did not really work unless you are in the lobby.45 euros/night was kind of expensive but guess that's what you have to pay if you are booking within a week's time during top tourist influx.

The name of the place is very tricky: it seems a hotel (the prices are high, 75 for a double) but it's an hostel. Rooms and furniture are quite bad, many mosquitos. It's a home transformed in an hostel.

    The stairway could be cleaner.

Quaint Hotel near everything in Firenze. Easy to find and to walk from the train station if that is your arrival point. It is situated on the 3rd Floor with a very tiny elevator. Small European room with a clean bathroom. The Continental breakfast was good. All in all for the price a decent stay. Was a little loud as we stayed on the same floor as the main desk and elevator area.

Optimal location! Nice staff! Clean rooms and toillets. Horrible entrance though. Would do it again! It's worth!

The hotel services the best breakfasts among B&B hotel, the owners are really nice people with strong knowledge of English what makes the communication process easier than in other B&B hotels in Italy.

It's a great hostel bang In The right position... The owner is very relaxed and trusts you. The bathrooms were good and the bed was perfect!

I never actually stayed in the hotel. When we got there they informed us that they had overbooked the hotel and had gotten us a room in another hotel. The hotel they put us in was amazing and even though the new hotel was much more expensive we only had to pay the orignal per night fee.

We stayed in a double shared bedroom, no wc, but there was a a sink and a mirror, wich was nice. The place was very clean, they changed our towels everyday. There was a tv and conditioned air. The breakfast was nice, one choosed croissant or bread, but despite that you could eat as many cereals, fruit, yoghurts, etc, as you wanted. We enjoyed the stay, the location is very nice, just a very short walk to the cathedral!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and booked a double room with shared bathroom. The slightly weird, but very friendly, receptionist upgraded us to a large double ensuite which was very clean, had a tv and A/C which was really nice in hot Florence! The rooms are not special really but really good for that price! It's about 15min walking distance from the train station, and really close to all important sights in Florence. Unfortunately we had to leave right when breakfast (which is free) was served, but it looked amazing, compared to other hostels! Lots of fruit, different juices, fresh pastries and they serve you coffee / hot chocolate etc. They were really nice and gave us some croissants for the way. Overall this was a really good stay for a night, we would've also stayed more nights if we could, Florence is really nice! Value-for-money is amazing!

The hotel itself was more than adequate for a couple of days in the beautiful city of Florence. The room was clean, spacious, had air conditioning and the bathroom was quite spacious. The shower was slightly weak but other than that all was fine. The owner was extremely helpful... he gave us a map and circled all the important sights and offered us an upgraded room with a bathroom for only an additional 10euros. Highly recommended for a short budgeted stay.

It was just one night stay, but I got everything I needed, including a good self-service breakfast. Location is great, 10 mins walk to the duomo and since there is no car park nearby I left the car in one of the parking houses 20 mins away.

In my opinion this is a great place for those who want a relatively cheap accommodation in the heart of Florence - quiet high ratio of price to quality of interiors and service. There are private rooms and shared, all with fully equiped bathrooms - depending on your needs. The hotel puts on the young guests and enthusiastically welcomes them. The Hosts are very hospitable and helpful. For those interested in, there is served some delicious food in addition to accommodation. Breakfast are included in price as standard - this is bed&breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone interested. A big thank for your kind welcome. Agnieszka & Michal, Gdansk-Poland.
