    stay well away arrived from the North of Scotland as a surprize 60th. b/day presant for my husband only to find the doors closed and the hotel empty according to neighbours the owner/s had gone away was devastated thank God for the hotel in the same building who saved the day olso paid a deposit which i hope we will get back if not will let the world know of this. devastated

    The hotel was very nice and at home, spacious, and I would happily return there again. The location very close to the center, yet reachable by car, too. Quick response to the inquiry online gave me feeling of reliability. It's a perfect accommodation for anyone who wants both good price and comfort.

    Hi everybody, just stayed in a Alfa hotel in Florence, it is located about 10 min walk from the city centre,very nice rates for the room insuite,manager Claudio is very helpful and friendly australian italian guy, everything was absolutely perfect, will defrnetly stay there again!

    Perfect accomodation to visit Florence!Daily room-service (cleaning, towels), helpful & friendly staff; centrally located - just 10 minutes from the dome, bus nearby; small, familiar location with just 8 rooms with TV.

    Overall very good but we had diffuculty finding the place as the street name given is slightly different to that on the map. Convienient position, a short walk to most things but still a peaceful place at night to sleep. Clean and helful staff. Good value for money.
