Our company offers furnished apartments in classic modern style for short and long stays, even for a single night,\nThe building is located in a strategic position for those who come to Florence for business or leisure, within easy walking distance, the Fortezza da Basso, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the main railway station of Santa Maria Novella, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacy and shops, all the museums and monuments are within 2 kilometers.\n\nAll apartments are equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, American coffee maker; moka espresso, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes and tools to be able to dine at home.\nThe bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet, TV with digital decoder, radio alarm clock, heating and air conditioning are centralized with all the condominium, but each apartment has its own thermostat to control the temperature.\n\nAll apartments are equipped with bed and bath linen, included in the price we offer a linen change with cleaning every 3 days, no cleaning or linen change is provided for stays less than 4 nights, you can request daily cleaning with additional surcharge.\nThe bathrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispenser and in the kitchens the dispenser for liquid dishwasher.\nFor reasons of food safety in the kitchen is not available any type of food, including salt, sugar etc, any food left on your departure will be thrown in the trash.\n\nPossibility of public parking in the street adjacent to the property by paying the ticket from 8am to 8pm every weekday, free parking on Sundays and Holidays.\n\nOffice adjacent to the entrance of the building available for check-in and check-out.\n\nCheck-in from 3pm to 8pm, (check-in after 8pm must be agreed in advance with the management and extra charge apply), without our written confirmation will not possible to check-in after 8pm.\nThe check-out must be made before 10 am\nLuggage deposit NOT available\nAny delay in the check-out time will be charged a fee of 50 Eur.\n\nPhone NOT available\n\nADDITITONAL TAXES and service charges to be paid locally at your arrival:\nTOURIST TAX- 1 Eur per person per night, applies to a maximum of 7 nights and children from 12 years onwards.\n\nWe require a credit card to guarantee any damages and / or loss of keys, cards rechargeable or Postepay are not accepted.\nReservations are required to be paid at arrival and is not refundable in the event of early departure.\n\n PLEASE NOTE: Gemini Studios will do a pre-authorization on the customer credit card for the whole amount of the stay before the arrival. If the pre-authorization won't be possible because the credit card has not enough money or because the card it's not valid the customer should provide an alternative credit card or the booking will be considered as cancelled and the deposit lost.
