Florentia Rossini is located in a good and quiet neighbourhood (San Jacopino), at the 2nd floor of a nice and very quiet, just shortly renovated condo, close to the historical center (10 minutes walking distance), the central train station Santa Maria Novella, the Exposition center Fortezza da Basso and the Congress Center.

The apartment (approx. 70 sqm) has 3 bedrooms (1 quadruple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 triple room with 1 single bed and one queen size bed, 1 double room with french size bed), a large living-kitchen and a bathroom with confortable shower cabin. It has just been refurbished and newly furnished.
The kitchen is - just like the rest of the apartment - well furnished and pratically equipped.


Check-in: from 3 p.m. (15.00h) to 8 p.m. (20.00h)
Check-out: until 10 a.m. (10.00h)
For early/late Check-in/Check-out a surcharge of 10 Euro/person is due at arrival.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ARRIVALS AFTER 9 PM (21.00) SO PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR IT AND DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION IF YOU CAN'T BE HERE BEFORE 9 PM! RESERVATIONS WITH ARRIVALS LATER THAN 9PM WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY!

IMPORTANT: Once you made your reservation, YOU HAVE TO CALL US to let us know your exact arrival time, otherwise nobody will be there to let you in and hand over the keys! WE DON'T HAVE A 24 HRS. RECEPTION!

And if you would like us to make reservation at the museums (for example the Uffizi) we'll be glad to take care of that for you. Just tell us at least one week in advance, otherwise it won't be possible to make reservations anymore.

Cancellation Policy: *For cancellations of the reservation two or less days from the date of arrival you will be charged 100% of your stay - minimum 2 nights. Once you start your stay, no changes can be made and the whole amount of the booked stay has to be paid.
The change of dates regarding already acquired reservations is not possible, you will have to make a new reservation.
In case of overbooking we will provide equivalent accomodation for you.

    No sign at entrance, hard to find. No breakfast provided at this location, but kitchen facilities.
