'Florence Apartments Central' are situated in the old Florence center, in the San Lorenzo area, near the ancient and traditional Central Market.

Same day reservations are accepted only until 6 p.m. because after this time our offices are closed and we could not accept the reservation.

Please note that the check in is at Piazza del Mercato Centrale and all the apartments are located nearby (Borgo la noce, Via Guelfa, Via Sant’Antonino, all streets reachable in a couple of minutes walking)

'Florence Apartments Central' is located few steps away from the Medici Chapels, 5 minutes walk from the main train station Santa Maria Novella and from the Duomo, also the Academy Gallery and the San Marco's church reachable within few minutes: a holiday with no need to use the car!

We offer various types of apartments that can accommodate from two to six persons with all facilities such as air conditioning, satellite tv, safe for values, fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet connection, hairdryer.

In order to confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is requested through credit card number.

The remaining balance has to be settled when the keys of the apartment are delivered.

The keys will be delivered from 3pm to 7pm on the arrival date ; From 7pm to 10pm a late check in has to be organized in advanced at the extra charge of Euro 20,00. After 10pm our meeting point is closed.

The apartment needs to be vacated no later than 10 am.
Departure time has to be scheduled as our appointee needs to control the apartment.

It is requested to contact us few days before arrival in order to set the meeting time.

Cancellation Policy:

From reservation date to 30 days before arrival: No penalty
From 30 days to 7 days before arrival: penalty 30%
From 6 days to arrival day: penalty 100%
