This Hostel traces its origins to an ancient monastery founded around the year 1000 close to Campodonico di Fabriano on the borders of Umbria and Marche. The Abbey stands on pleasant grounds in one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Marche hinterland. It is built mainly of local limestone. This area is famous for its enchanting landscapes. There are wonderful excursions of great suggestive content immersed in green. The Caves of Frasassi (Grotte di Frasassi) are indeed the major tourist attraction in the surroundings of Fabriano. This speleological complex is of great importance, one of the most appealing tourist destinations not only for its development and richness but also for the beauty of the concretions.
