Villa Luca is in Sant'Agata di Militello, 15 km from Capo d'Orlando. \nThe Villa Luca Farm Home is housed in an ancient private mansion, surrounded by green fields and age-old trees, situated in a quiet, panoramic position around 1 km from Sant'Agata di Militello - a renowned sea side resort located in front of the Aeolian Islands and right next to the Nebrodi National Park. \nThe property offers convenient accommodation and great on-site facilities, such as a large garden and a delightful swimming pool, combined with a warm, friendly atmosphere. \nRecently renovated, elegantly and comfortably furnished, Villa Luca can easily be reached by car or train. \nIt has rooms availaible of which one is equipped for disables. In all it offers accomodation for fifteen people in splendidly furnished rooms with sicilian furniture and all confort (private bath, TV, air conditioning). \n \nAll rooms are with a view on the Eolian Islands. \nBreakfast is served, in summer, on the terrace facing the sea.Villa Luca is also provided with a swimming pool with hydromassage and a car park in the shadow, and only guests con have access at it. \n \n \nCancellation Policy \nThis policy defines how to handle cancellations \n- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. \n- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged
