MINIMUM RENT FOR 3 NIGHTS FOR A MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLES ! \n \nThe ASTORIA apartment is located on the Pest side of the city and more precisely VII Ker. at the Rakoczi Ut. In front of Astoria hotel, nearby the italian commercial palace ( glass building ) at about 30 mt, from where the biggest synagogue in Europe is located, at 3 min walking from the famous Vaci Utca from Elisabetta bridge side. \nIt is possible moving around quite easily, three metro line are very close where the apartment is and it's really well served by public transport services. \nThe building is externally covered by white marble and all the balcony are well integrated with really beatuful artistic decoration made withwrought iron. \nThe apartment is located at the 4th floor of the building and you can reach it using one of the two lift \navailable; inside you can find a fascinating end of last century spiral staircase marble made. \nOnce reached the 4th floor, in front of you is visible a beatiful main door wooden made with some artistic decoration made withwrought iron and opaque pane. \nPassing the main entrance, you can find on your right hand side a delicius kitchen while on your left and side a bathroom. \nThe kitchen is fully equipped and is ready to cook; it's included crockery, oven, refrigeretor etc \nThe bathroom is in italian style made and is equipped with a shower. \nNext to the bathroom you can find a wide room created to host 2 king size bedroom. The two beds are kept separated by a gracious wardrobe that create two enviroments. \nThe apartment is very bright thanks to two balcony access doors equipped with double glass soundproofing which look on the main square located in front of the building. The apartment has an italian finishing touch parquet. \nThe furnishings has been rcentelly bought and is composed by armchair, sofa, crystal table and six chairs \nThe apartment is worm in winter thanks to the heater and fresh in the summer also thanks to the ventilator roof. \nPrice is intended per apartment and not per person \nMinimum to rent three nights \nThe final cleaning that aren’t included and the cost for it is € 20,00 (for apartment and not for each person) \nThe apartment is equipped with the following materials: \ntelevision set \nhair-dryer \niron \nfridge \nsheets \nblankets \ntowels \ncrockery \nTv (with programs in Italian, english, french, deutsche, hungarian etc. ) \nDVD with dolby sourround \nCD \nHi Fi \nOur local personell is available for key delivery and any question. \nThey do speak Italian, Hungarian and English.
