Our guesthouse is located in the quiet Victoriacity in the borough Lichtenberg of Berlin.
It’s about 15 minutes from the sights of the town center, like the TV tower, the Brandenburger Tor or the Reichstag. The district Friedrichshain with a plenty of boutiques, clubs and pubs are close in vicinity to us.

The nearest railway station is just 2 minutes of walking distance. If you should arrive with your vehicle you will find car parks near the guesthouse for free and in the immediate vicinity.

Relax in our cosy and convenient arranged rooms and enjoy the courteous service of our house.Some rooms have a private external bathroom in the hall. Besides, our offer includes free W-LAN.

    Not so close to city center, but close to the S-Bahn station so its a matter of 20mins to get to Alex. The area is calm. This place is not a hostel but a cheap hotel, hence no common room - just rooms - place to sleep, not to make friends.

    Good...break fast shall be improved... staffs are very friendly...TV is not working...No phone in each room... one biggest advantage is very near to S bahn.

    Very nice hotel, very clean. I'm very happy with my stay there, and there are actually no negative points that i can give. The only thing is that the staff doesn't speak english that well, but it was never a problem actually. it was very close to a tram station, so location is also good! great place!
