I had a really very good time. Cofortable hostel, very nice staff. They care a lot aout the guests, especially in the morning. I will go back there definitely.

I could spend comfortable time because of good staffs and a good room. You can easily go to the center of Berlin from here. The price is not expensive but you can receive good service.

The hostel staff were excellent, the breakfast was limited but was edible, and the hostel itself was OK. The location is quite good if you want more upscale and less in the hipster or cooler areas. Taken together I would stay here again because the staff is so nice and kind and helpful and the location was perfect for me.

There wasn't many people booked when I were staying there. This hostel is located in a calm district called shönenberg. I don't think it's for people who wants to have an "indie" experience of Berlin. There's no common area in the living quarters and the "breakfast" and office area is small and rarely filled with people. The locations is quite good and you have an u-bahn entrance about 100m away and a few restaurants and cocktail bars a few blocks away. It takes a while to walk to the main street were you actually do the sightseeing. The hostel itself feels safe since its in a very calm area and you have to get through two pin-code doors to get to the rooms. The rooms and bathrooms could be cleaned more since we only saw someone cleaning the bathrooms and other areas one time during our stay there. So if you just want to have a calm and relaxed place to sleep at and be away all day, this is the place to be. The staff were GREAT so no problems there.

I stayed here for 5 weeks and saw enough to know how the place operates. Almost all of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, especially the owner. Location is out of the city, near the Zoo, but has a metro station right outside. Rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast is satisfactory (bread and cereal). Rooms are cleaned daily and everything is clean. The only possible issue is the atmosphere, which is very unsocial. The only "common room" is the office, which is also where breakfast is served. It's cramped and not an exciting environment. If you are looking for a party hostel or for groups to go out with, this is not it. If you are more mellow or are a couple this is a great place.

The staff of Jetpack Flashpackers are welcoming and the atmosphere in the hostel is friendly and relaxed - making it the perfect hostel for someone looking for a quite, chilled hostel on the edge of Berlin. However, its location means that accessing Berlin's heart and its famous icons can be tiresome, and would be impossible without Berlin's brilliant community transport. In short; the hostel is sweet but isolated.

It's a great hostel to meet some people and have fun in Berlin. A substation is close and convinient. The staff was very sympathic and helpfull. It was a pleasant stay.

Lovely staff and location. The rooms are clean but the common areas, staff rooms etc needs to be cleaned up and organized. The house as a whole is needing a restoration.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hostel is located next to the metro and supermarket is close by which is perfect. The area itself is nothing special, not much to see/do, but there is an excellent metro network. +: lockers, beds are good, free coffee&tea -: no kitchen, no open windows in the room so no fresh air, no common area. Tip: if they had plates, bowls, knife etc for breakfast it would be allready much nicer.

Hostel Staff were approachable, chatty and very helpful. Some issues with connecting with WiFi but that was sorted out. Dorm room was a tad small but bathrooms were tidy and we'll stocked. Public areas in good order. Location for me was good for access to Tegel airport and some sightseeing. No kitchen as advertised but there is a café.
