The place is very nice as well as some of the staff, except one of the ladies that helps during breakfast time who is very rude.

  2. Ivette From Mexico On November 30, -0001

The receptionist are multilingual so is easy comunicated with the from wherever you are. Is really near of many tourist places. -and the beer is cheap!

  3. Simeon From Bulgaria On November 30, -0001

Perfect location close to Sacré-Cœur (15 minutes by foot) and Anvers metro station (5 minutes by foot), multilingual personnel, breakfast included in the price of acommodation.

I would like to thank you staff for hospitality!! It was my 1st time staying in the hostels, and I was not frustrated to have chosen Woodstock hostel. Nice staff, good breakfast, good people around (it is very easyto find a company if you came alone), rooms are neat. Great experience!!!!

The hostel is fairly close to gard du nord. It could be nearer to the centre, around a 45minute walk. The toilet room doesn't have a sink in which we thought rather odd, you have to walk to the sink in your room which is very unhygienic. The staff aren't overly helpful, all they seemed to be after was money for sheets and towels! Make sure you don't lose your receipt for bedding as you won't get your money back. The breakfast is more than adequate, cereal, croissants, bread rolls and the usual drinks. The rooms are fairly small, but as are most hostel rooms in a city centre.

This was my favorite hostel that I stayed at out of my entire 1 1/2 month trip to Europe. The rooms were excellent, and very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro station, so that's nice. And there are a lot of stores and restaurants close to the hostel. The only downside to the hostel, is the curfew the have for the kitchen and courtyard. The kitchen closes at midnight (which isn't really a huge problem, but it would be nice if it was open all hours of the day and night). And the courtyard closes at 10PM, which sucks when you're trying to visit outside on a beautiful Parisian night. So overall the hostel the hostel is fantastic, and I would definitely recommend.

    good breakfast! good enbironment

  8. Renata From Poland On November 30, -0001

I stayed in the hostel with my daughter for five days (17-21 may). The atmosphere was really nice - despite people changed in the room all the time, we managed to make friends with Tatiana from Costa Rica and with Grapches from Australia-if you are reading this I am sending you our greetings ! I advise leaving all documents, money and other important things in custody at the reception. Kitchen is in the next building, you can always prepare something . Breakfast: corn flakes, muffin, croissant, jam, butter, coffee, tea ... enough to make it till midday. Close to main tourist attractions. Neighborhood was calm, 10 minutes walk to Sacre-Coeur, close to the Gare d’Est and Gare du Nord. Next to grocery store and to Carrefour. Access to the computer. Sometimes you had to wait while going to the bathroom. Old cat likes joining guests for breakfast . The stuff was really nice and helpful.Taking the extension might be useful if you want to connect your charger, as there are not many contacts. Renata and Suzanne Polish, Zamosc,

The hostel located in Montmartre area , the nearest metro station is Anver- arond 10 mins. Montmartre Sacre Coeur , one of must see attraction in Paris, is just around 10 mins away. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Convenience shop is just 10 steps from hostel door. Moreover, there is a very good pizza restaurant near by , I recommend this as I have tried and the pizza was really good, the atmosphere was really overwhelming. You can not get into the room unit 3 P.M. and you have to rent sheets and towel 3 euros. There are three desktop computers you can use , and WIFI. Digital Security boxes , you can setup your own key code, are provided in the bedroom.

  13. Jennifer From USA On November 30, -0001

The hostel is welcoming when you first walk through the door almost as if you were visiting someone´s home! The walls can be quite thin but if you´ve had a long day of sightseeing you won´t have any trouble falling asleep. Everyone including guests and staff were very helpful and polite! For a unique and great location at an affordable price head to woodstock!

  17. Graziano From Germany On November 30, -0001

I spent 5 nights in this hostel, I appreciated that it was clean and in a very central position. Anyway that is all: the rooms are very small, only one toilet and one shower in each of the three floors, i.e., one for 10 people. For the breakfast is given short time (7:30 to 9:30) and the quality leaves much to be desired. Bedsheets are not compulsory, so I saw most of the mates simply sleeping on the mattres, which is not the best of igienically attitudes. The kitchen was not inviting to cook. I decided to stay all the time I had booked for only because I could get one room on the courtyard side: in fact on the other side they were refubishing the fassade, so during the day you had workers walking along the windows, which had to remain close because of the dust and noise. No discount was given for this inconvenient. I could not recommend this place to other people, but I must add that I have experienced in Paris much worse places, so it may be good for people looking for a small place and a short staying to a low budget.

  18. Hamid Reza Ghadiri From Sweden On November 30, -0001

It is clean hostel and is good for its price. Breakfast is not good, I should say.

  19. BIJUN From China On November 30, -0001

staff in the hostel is really friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. like in home! i am satisfied with this hostel!

  20. Laura From Ireland On November 30, -0001

Overall, good. Pity there was only one socket in the wall of the bedroom. Also, pity there was only one shower. Also, the lady at breakfast rushed us, even though we were on time for breakfast. There were no plates on which I could eat my bread. Apart from that, I found Woodstock pleasant: nice staff, clean rooms and clean toilets, and delicious bread.
