Amazing apartment between the Eiffeltower and Notre-Dame; We have had four fantastic nights in Paris with our own new family from whole the world.

  2. Elaine From England On November 30, -0001

I cannot review because I was unable to check in. I had 2 different pariasians try to call to arrange to pick me up and they said the number did not work. Because no address is listed I had no way to get there. When I booked the room I listed I would be a late arrival.

  3. Katie From England On November 30, -0001

My favourite hostel so far and I have been travelling for 3 weeks now. In a few words: – they give you a computer in the bedroom with free internet – they come and meet you at the train station – the location is great - where the rich Parisians live – the dorm is not cramped with beds (there were 6 people in ours) – it was cleaner than most hostels I’ve been too. The only minus for me it that they don't let you spoke in the flat, so it would be good if they created a smoking area. Merci Many fellow travelers were from Sweden and Norway. All in all great great hostel. And great people.

Location was great with super facilities, shops, markets, restaurants, and bars and it was right next to the metro station. Also, this was the only place during my trip in Europe that had a computer with internet that was shared just between the six of us. This was really convenient as we got use the internet for free whenever we needed. Also, It was nice to be picked up from the train station and taken to the hostel. It made us feel very secure in a city we had never visited. There was a market right across the street so we saved quite a lot of money cooking in the flat. The guy from Sweden who shared our room was a sleepwalker, which was funnyJ.

It was very nice flat, very well located . That place is great.

  6. Candice From USA On November 30, -0001

This hostel was different because it was an actual apartment, but it was a very neat experience that I would do again!

This was a fantastic place to stay! It's not like a typical hostel, it's like living in a shared apartment. Very clean. Fantastic location. Owner (Eloise) is very lovely and extremely helpful! Stay here!

  9. Gabriel From Mexico On November 30, -0001

Jejeje, hey it's your own appartement!! well you will have to share it with probably other 8 people, but it's really nice

  10. Donna From Canada On November 30, -0001

The apartment I was in was rather colourless, not necessarily dirty. The bathroom had no shower curtain which made a mess of the floor. There was no stove but the kitchen was fairly clean and the fridge didn´t have anything growing in it. with the metro you can get pretty much anywhere but lucky youth is a bit out of the way from the center of Paris.

  11. Carmen From Canada On November 30, -0001

The hostel is actually separate apartments around Paris. We had to move from one apt to another for different dorm/room bookings. A real hassle. Was told we would be greeted by someone to take us to the apt but could not reach them for 3 hours upon reaching Paris. Left stranded on the streets with lots of luggage. Locked in our private room as the handle was broken and we were not notified of this. Not a hostel to meet other people as no one else booked for the 4 days we were there. The sheets were not changed and the washroom was filthy...not to mention no running hot water. Not worth the price paid. Terrible first stay in Paris for sure!

  12. Vincent From France On November 30, -0001

hey Hummm, how to begin with this lucky youth review. Friendly, great, clean and beautiful room. We were lucky to find you guys. Keep on goin, your system rocks, specially for Paris, run a business like this is not the easiest. Thanks a lot, we had a great stay. Vince & Belle

  13. Lukasz From Poland On November 30, -0001

Very nice reception at arrival, perfect localization, though something should have been done with that cold water under shower. I mean seriously, I had to drink a bottle of wine before washing myself which wasn't very safe.

  14. Carlos From Mexico On November 30, -0001

Because of the way the hostel is managed the house in which I stayed was just a mess. Aside from that it was an amazing experience. I recommend it.

  15. Rinus From Netherlands On November 30, -0001

No hot water, no blankets or sheets, no help at all, no reaction of staff, hostility in stead off hospitality, a shame for Paris

  16. Nathalie From Netherlands On November 30, -0001

No hot water, no bedsheets, no internet (though it said so in the description), even after asking for repair/help. Location was good though!

  17. Gwen From USA On November 30, -0001

Great place to stay in Paris. The private apartment idea is cool, but not for those who need lots of handholding as there is no reception! But, the staff was awesome and verz helpful. Highly recommended

  18. Gleb From USA On November 30, -0001

Everything was great except that the hot water in the apartment was not working, but I realize that this was an unusual problem. Still, this sort of thing should be fixed right away, not after days and days.

  19. Christiana From Canada On November 30, -0001

I really enjoyed my stay with Lucky youth. The apartment was really nice, and larger than I expected. I was a little uncomfortable in the area, not feeling quite as safe, but when I got up to the apartment I felt quite secure. When I first arrived in Paris, I had a hard time getting a hold of the hostess (the number in the information didn't work), but i tried the number listed under the contact info and got a hold of someone. All in all, it was a really good experience. Staying in an apartment instead of a hostel was a nice change and was worth the money.

It is a good location and young people but a little beat expensive.
