    Hotel is close to the metro station so is quite convenient. No way to contact staff from room. Room is tidy and cleaned daily

    The sink drain was blocked. We told the employees at the reception, and they said they would solve this problem, but nothing changed. Also, the bathroom facilities are old and battered.

    nice, helpful staff. many people above complain of dangerous neighbourhood, it's rather not true, there are just many black people, in general all right, probably will stay here again in the future

    Welcoming staff, the lobby was very welcoming and stylish. The room was a little dark during the day and there was an unpleasant odour coming from the drain in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel to others.

    Hotel is nice, but the location is scary, because of the people living in that area. We enjoyed our stay in Euro hotel, but we were not feeling comfortable walking around.

    The location is not well, its located at the black community and it takes a while to the centre of the city. However, the staffs are so nice and friendly. The room is clean enough to suprised us, there are cleaning service everyday.

    Staff was perfect, very friendly, they have warm personality. But I didn´t like bedding. The blanket was dirty and perforated. Otherwise everything was ok.

    We stayed only one night.The hotel was not in a nice area,it looked dangerous.But the hotel was nice surprise, room was ok and for really good price. We recommened for budget conscious travellers.

    Nice staff, low price, but there were some problems! The room I was assigned was NOT CLEAN and I had to go back to the desk...phone did not call out...phone in room did not initially work...and the room was so tiny it was difficult to get around...PLUS the seat was missing from the toilet...oh my!

    The neighbourhood is quite unpleasant (the streets are dark and scary at night if you're a group of four girls) and it takes a while to get to the centre of the city. But the staff is nice and friendly and does not hesitate giving advice about what to see or where to go.

    breakfast provided was not good and plus plates and other staff were really dirty. the direction given this website in order to find the hotel was not good. it was hard to find the place.
