Stayed here for only a night but would definitely recommend it! A lovely atmosphere and incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I was a fan of the bed pods which came with an individual storage shelf, lights and plugs and add extra privacy in a shared room. The hostel is also close to a train station with a 5 minute journey to the town centre which was super handy! Great value for what I paid and I would definitely stay there again :)

This is a good hostel. Free tea and coffee are available to guests; lockable storage facilities are provided and staff are more than helpful.

The outside made me a bit wary at first, but once inside a fun friendly atmosphere made me feel comfortable and welcome. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the whole place felt clean and warm. Loved watching movies in the mini cinema with the other guests. An excellent value hostel.

I only stayed for one night and half a day, but the staff were most helpful, the bunks and bed were clean with clean blanket and the free WiFi really helps for planning the next stage of the journey. It's a bit far location-wise from town centre Bristol, but that's ok - it's just a bus ride and a short walk away. All good. I'd stay and recommend again for the right traveler.

Didn't have a good experience here. Bed mattresses are of poor quality, and although the staff are a little concerned about the guests, they really don't seem to care when guests are in need. At 1:00 we were sent to bed because they said they were closing, only later to find the receptionists staff (lady + man) using the guests sofas watching movies....*sigh* Toilets were not well cleaned and generally it didn't look healthy.

The place is a little far from the city centre, however, it is full with funny and friendly staff and quiet environment for sleep.
