Back in 1996 we arrived in St. Petersburg originally from the northern part of Germany (close to Hamburg). Since then we are living and working here. Tips and our local experience we share with our guests and it is our pleasure to answer all questions you might have.\n\nWe opened the German B&B for the first guest back in December 2003, with the aim to offer a really pleasant place, well organized with good and friendly service for an affordable price! Does that leave you curious?\n\nWe are able to offer you secured parking space and therefore we’re also a good address for travelers with cars, motorbikes or bikes.\n\n\nThe room is part of our comfortably renovated 4-room Bed & Breakfast accommodation offers a high level of comfort, service excellence and a warm homely atmosphere for a very reasonable price.\n\nWe are without doubt a good alternative to the often expensive and anonymous “Western” hotels and to the shabby-as-ever “Soviet” hotels, which are typically situated far from the city center of St. Petersburg.\n\nAll rooms have two big windows, a similar furniture layout with a cozy atmosphere, high ceilings and a wooden floor.\n\nThe furniture setup does include two standard beds (2m x 80cm) with little bedside cabinets, bigger wardrobes with a mirror, a table with at least 2 chairs and a commode with a TV.\n\nOur spacious rooms have a size of 25 sqm and one of them has even a balcony. This room category have an extra fold-out sofa which can be quickly transformed into an extra bed (1.6m x 2m) and therefore allows triple or even quad-room bookings.\n\nThese rooms have also international TV, own build in refrigerators and small safes.\n\nNB! One spacious room has a balcony and one of the standard rooms has a big bed (2m x 1.6m) instead of two separate beds\n\nThe room price does include:\n\nReady setup beds\nTwo towels\nA light breakfast\nTea and cafe all day long\nWifi and local phone calls\n\nOur private accommodation is located in the landmark historic city center of Saint Petersburg, just a few minutes away from the famous Nevsky Prospect. \n\nThe small private hotel is situated in the 1st floor of an old three-storied house from the turn of the century (constructed in 1853). The apartment itself is spacious and very light, with a total floor space of approx. 120 sqm.\n\nThe apartment has been fundamentally renovated according to high western standards during 2003 and since that time several smaller renovations have been made to keep the standard as high as possible. While remodeling, we have tried to compromise and to save as many original elements of the flat as possible. \nWe have managed to preserve old atmosphere in almost every room and we have also restored the old wooden floors.\n\nThere is spacious kitchen and an entrance hall with tiled, heated floors. In the entrance area near the wardrobe there is a cozy corner with a computer with Internet connection. Also we have free Wireless throughout the entire flat.\n\nOur house is an old one and we wanted to leave the original layout of rooms. Therefore we don’t have WCs or showers directly in the rooms. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with a shower each to be shared by 2 bedrooms. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
