Dear guests, we are looking forward to welcome you in the historical part of St. Petersburg and hope that your stay with us will be enjoyable and memorable!

10 cosy light rooms with private facilities equipped with double or twin beds, TV, direct phone. 3 rooms have an old restored fireplaces which will bring your imagination to St. Petersburg in the beginning of the 20th century. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the mini-hotel. The lobby place is spacy and nice: there are air-condition, cooler with hot and cold water, TV and places to rest on.

Fire and safety assurances are strictly followed in our hotel. There is a video observation at the entrance, stairs and reception.

The house was built in the 1910-1913 by the famous Russian architect Mr. Kriganovsky in the style of the Northern Modern. The building won the silver medal in the city facade's competition. In summer 2008 the facade was fully restored and you can enjoy the view on the picture.
