Info & Description
We are a small ecolodge resort by the river in the Lao countryside located about 30 km, or a 40-minute drive outside of Vientiane. We constructed the resort without cutting down a single tree, locating the lodges in natural gaps in the forest, so as to keep the forest environment intact.
We offer all kinds of activities including a floating restaurant on the river, free bicycle use, wi-fi, kayaking, tubing, meditation experiences at the local temple, rice farming experiences, massage, fishing, local village tours, a floating swimming pool, boat trips and cooking classes.
We offer private lodges with two or three beds and private bathrooms for $38/night and two 3-bed dormitories for $8/bed/night.
We also have a detailed 'Agreement of Cooperation' with the three local villages under which we spend $1 per guest to local education projects and $1/guest to local community development projects.
