Had a very nice time there and the staff was very helpful. After my first stay, the staff was responsive to my constraints (great late check-in time) and eager to share drinks and thougts together with other backpackers. Convenient suburban area with all you need. Subway stations quite close : 10 mn walking to join the Hibiya line. Would definitely recommend if you were looking for a place to stay for some time in Tokyo. I will be back.

Far to walk from Minowa station. The area wasn't particularly interesting. A bit expensive for a place not near anywhere sightseeing area. But the staff that checking us in was helpful enough. Wifi is OK
Pretty good location, a 15 min walk to Asakusa.
Nice staff but if you have to leave early in the morning it would be a problem because they come back after 9 am... Place is nice but I had bad sleep in the because I was in a 10 bed dorm.. Maybe a private room would be better. Location is really good to know the city
Great location, nice and helpful staff, great value but not a hotel do don't expect prefect cleanliness. I was only there one night but it was a great time. I would recommend it!

Very good option for those on a budget but wanting somewhere clean and respectable, and a convenient location. Also on the hibuya subway line so you can get home from the movies at roppongi hills without changing lines.
Yeah, it's definitely not the cleanest, most immaculate hostel I've been to, and neither is it in the most convenient location, but it: a. is two stops from ueno b. has some super friendly nice staff c. is super cheap for a place to stay in tokyo d. is a place that i met a cool guy that i celebrated christmas with a beer in the morning with So it you're just looking for the bare necessities (a place to stay, a place to keep your luggage and a shower) I'd recommend this place.

Located 10 mins walk from Minowa Stn with plenty of restaurant in the vicinity, some operating 24 hrs. There is also a 24 hrs supermarket. Old hostel, therefore, cleanliness not top notch with some fittings missing.
Really enjoyed this place. I think meeting new friends almost immediately here in the common area really made a difference as well. For the price you pay it is really nice! The shower's water pressure is awesome and you aren't too far from the metro. I recommend this spot even if you aren't on a budget. You won't meet interesting travelers in a hotel!!! Remember that!!
The staff is nice. But it is not close to the train station and the room is not so tidy

Its a great place too stay! Cheap, near everything and quiet. If u are traveling to Tokyo, this is the place to spend your nights!
The only place I stay in Tokyo. Amazing staff, generous and friendly environment. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended, also for long-term stays.
