マンションの１室でベッドルームが２つ。そのうち１つを使わせていただきました。居間にはコンピューターが自由に使えるようにしてあり便利でした。はじめは少しわかりにくい場所ですが、飛行機が送れて夜中に到着したにもかかわらずお迎えに来てくれました。とても暖かく迎えてくれてほっとしました。また、場所も中心部に近く、イスラム繁華街に近かったのでお土産を買って宿に置きに行くにも便利でした。また、西安に行く機会があったらぜひ、利用したいと思いました。 |

BED BUGS!!!! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!!! This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been to. We checked in and the room we had booked was not available. As soon as we started to settle into the room assigned, my friend had noticed the bugs while arranging his bed. When we had brought this to the attention of the staff they didn't seem to care. The manager did not speak english so we could not speak of our concerns. He only had said that if we were to leave, we were not able to get a refund. It was absurd because they did not hold a room specifically for us and we had only been there about 40 minutes. They had bed bugs!!! I feel this is reason enough for a refund if we could not be provided with the service we paid for. Bad business, unfriendly, lack of concern for our health. I would never, ever recommend this hostel to anyone, even for one night. |
