Good position and, for a short staying, definitely a good choice. For a long stay, you'll have to deal with the feeling of tightness, due to the specific of the old city of Piran; the room view is the opposite house's facade (3 meters distance) - no open space or sea view. Considering this, the room could have had more personality, now it's too austere and poor, with a sort of a prison cell feeling. |

Private Room with bathroom: bathroom ok, but open cables in the shower. bedroom has no window, there was no air -> slept on the floor of the entry more near to the bathroom, where there is the ONLY window. woke up during sleep, cause no oxygen. rooms are just below the roof -> very hot, head bumping all the time. there was an air conditioning, but no way to turn it on, even asking the staff didnt help, seems didnt want us to. there were towels but dirty. only good thing: a private roof terrace |

Great location. The check -in starts at 11 a.m. but we need to wait 3 hours to get keys before they clean the room. No kitchen. Sheet were stained. Air con is a plus. |

It was well situated but a bit small, dark and not very clean. Kitchen and fridge didnt work but if it is only for 1 night then it is ok, for longer stay I would consider it again. |
