I didn't saty at the pensão Royal. I arrived one day before and went there to check the place. Lots of stairs, impossible for my age everyday have to use so many stairs. A nice and educated girl showed me the bedroom. Too tiny, so lost one day payment reservation but prefered to cancel. |

I had a single room with a bathroom I shared with the person in the next room. This was about the best value I have ever had for my money when it comes to accommodation. The room was small and basic but clean and comfortable. Towels (that were changed regularly), television and a smooth, free wifi were provided, and the bed was made and room cleaned every day. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The hostel is located in the heart of everything, but in a quiet side street so it's not noisy. The soundproofing inside was awful - I could virtually hear my next door neighbor breathing - but at these prices, who's complaining? |
