Really good value! Nice and clean. Reception is Open from 9 to 20 hrs. So check your arrival time. I'll go again.

Efficient staff, main host made feel welcome. More than one washroom per gender and a sink in the kitchen would help a lot. Common areas feel spacious and pleasant. A small wardrobe is assigned and a towel is provided. Good experience over all.

I only stayed for two nights in this hostel, good value for money, the windows have nets so you can leave then open at night and not get (many) mosquitos. Only bad point was the bathroom seemes clean when I arrived, but it didn't seem like they cleaned it at all afterwards.

Good place for the price. 10 min walking to Railway Station and downtown. The staff (or owner, do not know) was very friendly, warm and helpful: she gave me city maps and directions on how to walk to the tourist area. The place is quiet day and night. They give you the key and you have the freedom to come and go when you want. The bedroom mine (the top)had a refrigerator and air conditioning but I do not use it, then I do not know if they worked. One drawback is that the ceiling is very low: it is necessary to take care of the head. There are details to improve as the handset from the shower

I booked for a double room with shared bathroom. What I got was nothing like those shown in the photos. The place is old and doesn't look at all newly renovated. Beds were dusty, so were the tabletops and chairs. No wardrobe available. There was no fan in the room and I had to ask the landlady for one, which she gladly gave me. Location was good, very near train station and sightseeing spots. Landlady couldn't speak much english but was really nice. Gladly gave me hot water when I asked for some. Wifi works fine. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. For this price, guess I can't expect too much.

Hotel vicino al centro, 15 minuti a piedi...Pulito e ordinato, nessuna rogna con i titolari, sempre sisponibili e gentili.

nice hostel. I would say in very italian style. At walking street, next to the small shops, very near to centr. railway station is near as well. We had big light room. No kitchen, owner doesn't speak english, only italian, but for us it wasn't a problem.

very friendly reception-nice room with airco, good shower. only 3 towels with 4 guests, why? breakfast can be improved with fresh bread and ham + cheese, now only nutella and jam.

Soggiorno Santa Reparata has a great price for it's value. It's relatively close to the Piazza Doumo, 10 minutes walk. The price includes a nice breakfast, whith freshly maked coffee and juice. Our room had a lovely view to the back garden, it's own refridgerator and air conditioning which is great in the summer heat.I think it was a very good value for a great price, we had a great time.

Good position center good staff price low

We stayed there for one night. People were very friendly and really nice. We were two persons in a private room, and it was good, the space, the bed, the bathroom. plus the location, it wasn't that far from the train station and from the places to visit. I would recommend it.

The place itself is nice, but service is horrible. There was no internet.

Good location close to the city, but the hostel from the inside is not that great. The room is very simple and especially the bathroom (shared) wasn't to clean.

very nice place I have booked a single room but the property give me one double with bathroom! they have been very kind with me I will return here gladly and I recommend Casa Billi to everybody
