Location was good, break fast is prepared room was clean except their equipment. 1. wifi is super slow barely connected with my iphone 6. same as nothing. 2. equipped towel and pillow smelled very bad i didnt feel like wiping my face with the towel. i know it's washed well but the smelled still strange and it made me sick. smelled like a dog after the rain walk. I guess this hotel needs to clean washing machine first. Comparing that, pillow cover was clean indeed, but pillow itself smelled ridiculously bad. smells like sweat of many people and entire room smelled same as this pillow. (after i left this hotel, whole my hair and coats, cloths smelled same) this hotel is very recommended if they change to new pillow and new towel(or wash it very well)

the staff is amazing, very nice and helpful, great location, not too far from center, but not directly in the crowds of tourists... would definitely reccommend!

The Hotel is an Okay place to stay, its close to the City and you can work by foot from the hotel to downtovn at 15minutes....Its okay for sleeping and quiet...but thats it.If you want to eat breakfast at the Hotel, which i tried once, your much better of on going to the city in one of the many cafe´s those a pretty cheap, and coffe and meal is okay. At the Hotel you pay much, for really nothing.Though the staff is friendly and nice. If your coming home later than 23,then you will just be provided with a key for the Hotel. I would happily book there once more,as a good sleeping place. But if you want more than just a quiet nice place to sleep and you also want a balcony with a wiev you need to find yourself another Hotel. But for the price what can one get. 55 Euro for single room, and WC.

Amanda From USA On November 30, -0001

Quiet and clean place, and we had a pretty big room. Trying to get into the place was a little tricky, you basically have to ring the buzzer 14 times until the host hears you and comes up from another floor to let you in. Also, they took the remote for the AC (we had it for one day, then it was gone the next) and it was pretty warm in the room. Otherwise, stay was good.

Monique From USA On November 30, -0001

They only spoke Italian and did not understand Spanish or English. However, the room was great, except that instead of 5 beds they had 3 and pull-out couch and trundle bed and the shower was very small and I could not figure out how to change the temperature of the water, so my shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Great location though, right by the train station and practically a straight path to the duomo and pontevecchio

We stayed there for one night. People were very friendly and really nice. We were two persons in a private room, and it was good, the space, the bed, the bathroom. plus the location, it wasn't that far from the train station and from the places to visit. I would recommend it.

This little Bed and Breakfast was wonderful! It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but we were able to check in hours earlier then expected so that we didn't have to walk with our bags all day. We were provided with breakfast each morning and the shower was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, even over a hotel.
