Excellent location and the place its perfect to rest, cook and everything you need for your stay in florence, because its a studio apartment. The only thing i dislike it's that you have to call the manager of the hostel by cellphone or he won't be in there to give you the keys, even if you sent him you arrival time, so if you dont have a cellphone on the EU better keep that in mind.

These gays had blocked our money by 3 times by mistake and forgot about two of them without any notification of us. (Excl. the final payment and security deposit). They were very unfriendly, unprofessional and did nothing for us to amend the situation. 200 symbols is not enough to describe all the nightmare completely

I strongly do not recommended this place, This is a fraud, when I arrive to Florence I contacted to the apartment staff, they told to me that my reservation was canceled by them, When I asked to staff how to figure out my accommodation they just say "solve your problem by your own", that is no all, they cancel my reservation and they try to charge the amount of reservation to my credit card twice.
