Hotel San Geremia offer a pleasant, young and family atmosphere. It is 5 minutes far away from S. Lucia Railway Station and it is situated in a wonderful and charming place of Venice: Campo S. Geremia. Many rooms look out on the Campo St. Geremia and they enjoy a charming view of the homonymous Church and of the Palazzo Labia.\nWe offer to our Guests clean and comforting rooms, ideal for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful cities of the world.\nOur hotel is composed by 2 houses so there are many different types of room.\n\nWe have single, double, triple and quad rooms.\n\nThay can be small, standard, big or suite and some of them have view on the square (in Campo San Geremia) or on the street.\n\nAlmost all the rooms have private bathroom (inside or outside the room).\n\nThere are some room with a shared bathroom.\nIn both buildings there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m..\n\nChildren who are more than 2 years old pay as an adult.\nDorms are only for under 35\nNo lift in our buildings\n\nThe prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.\n\nWe don't serve breakfast.\n\nPayment is only cash.\n\nFREE WiFi!!!\n\n*Cancellation policy: 10 days before arrival*\n\nIf you don't arrive we'll charge you the price of the first night.\n\nIf you leave before we'll charge you the price of all nights reserved.\n\n\nPlease note: Payment cash only, on arrival.\n\nPlease advice about arrival time.\n\nCheck-in time: from 2.00 PM\n\nCheck-out time: until 10.00 AM\n\nLock-out 10:30am - 2pm\n\nDirections (how to arrive at the establishment) : \n\nIn both buildings there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m..\n\nThe prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.\n\nPayment is only cash.\n\n---------------------------------------\n\nPLEASE NOTE: \n\nFrom 24/08/11 the municipality of Venice obliges every hotel to charge every guest an extra CITY TAX.\n\nThe amount is 2,00 euros per person per night during the high season.\n\nDuring low season the amount is 1,40 euro per person per night.\n\n-----------------------------------------------------\n\nPLEASE NOTE:\nEvery day we check the credit card details of our arrivals.
