Beautiful apartment in Quito, excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from La Mariscal, and 10 minutes from Historical Center ( by public transportation), fully equipped, very secure. Includes: SPA (Swiming pool, Gym, sauna) and private parking (extra cost).

The flat is located inside the “Casa Grande” Club, the building enjoys a 24 hour security guard and a magnetic card is needed for entry to the building. The flat is on the 5th floor and it has facilities like elevators, SPA (swimming pool, Gym, sauna), and its suitable for wheelchairs. If you decide to rent a car, the flat has a private parking ( EXTRA COST PER NIGHT).

THE APARTMENT

The flat is full equipped. It has a one bedroom with shower ensuite, living room, kitchen , dinning room. The flat admits for 2 persons in the double bedroom, although it has only ONE BED, visitors should note there is only one shower (inside the main bedroom).

The flat is well equipped -the kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, gas cooker,microwave and pretty well most things you might need to cook.

The bedroom has a TV (LOCAL TV only), and the bathroom is full equipped, including towels. You have 24h hot water. In the living room there are 3 sofas. It also has a dining area with table and chairs for up to six people.


LOCATION

Excellent location. The apartment is situated on '10 de Agosto' avenue, one of the most important in Quito, in which the 'Trolebus' Transportation system works.
This transportation system will allow you arrive to the historical Center of Quito in only 10 minutes, and using its connection with other systems like the Ecovia or Metrovia, you will be able to travel all over the city. The closest stop is located one block far.

If you decide to travel to other cities of Ecuador, the apartment is located 5 blocks from 'Transportes Ecuador' bus terminal, and 5 minutes away (by bus or taxi) from 'Transportes Panamericana' buses terminal. The cost by taxi from the apartment to Panamericana terminal is less than 2 dollars.

The apartment is located inside the 'La Mariscal' area, therefore, you will be very close to Spanish schools, discotheques, pubs, restaurants, travel agencies, bars, banks, money exchange,sports stores.

Tourist nearby sites : 'Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana' Museum, El Egido Park, Itchimbía Park, Handicraft Market, Etnographic Museum, Benjamín Carrion Cultural Center.

Other important nearby places: Migration Office, Police Station, Army Hospital, British Hospital, Santa Cecilia Hospital, Post Office, Espiral Mall, taxi service, Laundry, Embassies of France, Brazil, Spain. You can go to those places by walking.
