Apt. Gran Via is a beautifully accommodation with a tasteful mix of modern facilities set in the genuine architecture of 2 amazing central apartments. We offer 13 private rooms, kitchen and shower facilities, excellent central location and all at great economical rates.
The top apartment has 6 spacious private twin rooms (each with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms with tub/showers for all guests to share. There is also a large common room with 2 sofas and dining table. The terrace in this flat also has dinning table and chairs which is great for taking in a little fresh air or and outside meal.
The other apartment, newly refurbished is located just below and is nearly identical. This beautiful flat has 7 rooms in total. 4 private twin rooms, 2 double rooms and 1 private double with Ensuite. The 6 rooms with shared bathrooms, share 3 modern bathrooms and all guest share the fully equip kitchen and dining gallery.
We are located in a great neighborhood centrally situated just 10 min. walk to Placa Catalunya , Arc de Triumph, Casa Battlo and just a 15 min. walk to La Rambla and La Padrera. Metro and bus stations, internet cafe and phone booths are all just 5 min walk. Also a great feature to our location is the small convenience store and cafe/restaurant downstairs.
So travelers, if your looking for a beautiful accommodation with great facilities and excellent location, then our Apt. Gran Via is a great choice.

The greatest advantage of this apartement is location (walking distance to the City Centre). However beds are pretty uncomfortable and the noise from the street is quite disturbing when you're trying to fall asleep. When you have the misfortune to meet noisy flatmates, probably you won't have a good night sleep. Despite it is a good place when you focus on sightseeing Barcelona and you just need a decent place to stay overnight.

I stayed at the sister apartment-hostel "Super Tetuan." The check-in worked smoothly, and I got some god tips on where to eat in the neighborhood. "Super Tetuan" is brand-new, spacious, and very clean. I stayed in the one room with en-suite bath, and it was great. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining room. The location is in the Eixample, which felt calm and safe. Apartment is directly above a metro stop and only 6 blocks away from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice hostel in a good location. It was quiet and therefore ideal for us a young couple but I would not really recommend this hostel for people travelling alone or for people looking for a party hostel! There was no bottle opener in the kitchen but we found that the restaurant downstairs were more than happy to help!! The rooms were very clean and had a small balcony with a good view of the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Real good. The city is very nearby. everything was cleaned up, we had a big kitchen. the lady who rent it was also very nice and when we came she told us a lot about the city, where to buy food, go out, prices.
i recommend this one when youre going to barcelona!!

We enjoy our staying in this apartament. They told us everything, gave us the map. The apt. was cleaned everyday.The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It was noisy because of many cars outside, but if I go there again I will choose the same place.

A simple but very clean hostel located in the fancy l'Eixample neighbourhood. Good value for money. Only thing is, is that the hostel is located next to a extreme heavy trafficed road. Since it is an old building, this might keep you from sleeping - as it did for me.. But overall: good basic place to sleep during your visit to Barcelona. The old center of the city is a 10 minutes walk. A metro station (Tetuan) is a 2 minutes walk.

I advise to add a map, witch shows how to get to the appartment. If would save time for potencial customers and give an exact look on where the appartmet is. The other hostels/appartmesnt does not have this, so that wolul be a great advantige for you.
The lock on the appartmet door is very dificult to open - I advise to repar it.

It's a great option when you're looking for a acommodation in Barcelona! Our room was nice, with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern and clean.
The location of the apartment is good, but it's very noisy.
We slept with ear plugs and it was perfect! :-)

the apartment was very clean, a cleaning lady came everyday to clean the bathrooms, floor and kitchen. the apartment-owner is a friendly young woman and if we´ve had had any problems we could have called her any time. the apartment is very close to the ramblas (10-15 walking minutes) and about 5 minutes away from Pg. de Gracia the main shopping street.
all in all the apartment was perfect for us, the rooms were comfortable and nice. but there could be some pictures on the wall or something like that, because the walls are simply white, a bit steril.
