Staff on the reception were excelletent. They provide us many informations, and they were ready to help any time. The hostel is on excellent location, in front is bus station, the metro is in the near.In one word good value for money. One thing only, the 3 bed room is 2+1
I really recommend that hostel. Large rooms, TV, air conditioning and other facilities fitted. Everything clear and tidy. The receptionist knows 5 foreign languages, what significantly makes the contact with tourists easier. What's more, the connection with the city centre is very convenient (bus stop of line no. 790 right in front of the hostel). Breakfast included in the price of the room (unlimited portions, full choice, very delicious)) To sump up: nice conditions in nice price - I REALLY RECOMMEND!
The stay in the hostel was nice and the staff was very helpful. The offered airport transfer is not available though, they only offer to call a taxi that doesnt rip you off (that doesnt charge more than double the price), but if they cant reach a taxi, you have to go find it yourself in the middle of the night.......disappointing!!!! other than that i can recommend a stay!
Great staff, the give you all informations you need and they are so nice; breakfast is good and rooms are nice and clean. If one day i'll be back in Lisbon i'm staying here again.
A little bit far from the center of the town , friendly stuff ,good value for money .
Only one thing, that is problem to get there by car, it will be fine to have som rirection signs on main street
The room was not ready at 3:30pm when we were supposed to check in at 2:00pm however the staff was very friendly and the rooms are really confortables.
This Residencial is a bit far away from the city centre (Baixa-Chiado), it is near Rossio quarter, but the prize is good and the staff is very friendly and disponible. Good continental breakfast!
The staff was very nice and very helpfull! Everybody spook very well english and one of them spoke also fluently french.
very good hostel!
Nice, simple and clean hotel; not far away from public transport; helpful and friendly staff. breakfast facilities for the number of rooms too small, I had to wait occasionally (the hotel seemed to be completely booked when I was there)
Nice place to stay.Easy buses anytime.Could go everywhere I wanted to.
Very clean, with kind people working in; central and well connected; no fun factor, but perfect for people voyaging for job and tourism.
had a pleasant and very relaxing stay, excellent assistence (wake-call, taxi, metro). Fun factor is not relevant for me.
Thats a really good hotel, breakfast war good and the staff very helpful.
