Welcome to Residenza Cà Dario & Corte Canal, the best way to visit Venice!
The unique opportunity to feel the real Venitian atmosphere, even if only for one single night!

Our Houses are located at a walking distance either from Santa Lucia Railway Station, or Piazzale Roma bus and car terminal, as well as from Treviso and Venice airport shuttles.
They are situated in Santa Croce quarter the best point to start your sightseeing of the most important monuments and of the historical city center.
Composed of two adjacent sections, Residenza Cà Dario on a private court-yard and Residenza Corte Canal in a typical residential Venitian house, both offer a hotel service simple and accurate with comfortable single, double, triple and quadruple rooms with shared bathroom facilities, elegantly furnished and equipped with air conditioning.
If you have a laptop, you can enjoy free WiFi access.
Is also available a cosy little apartment located nearby, in the district of Cannaregio. The apartment consist of a quadruple room, bathroom and kitchen. Included in the price: bed and bath linen and final cleaning. No breakfast.

Our Reception is open from 8.30 am to 1pm and from 3:30pm to 6 pm, it is a very important connecting unit where our Guests are welcomed and where we hand out the keys and all the information you need to make your stay in Venice as pleasent as we possibly can!

CANCELLATION POLICY
-All cancellations must be carried out 3 days before the arrival date.
-If you do a late cancellation or if you don't arrive we'll charge you the price of the first night.
-If you leave the house before the check out day we'll charge you the price of all the nights reserved.
-Please advice about arrival time. We'll contact you by mail for late arrival procedure.

Warning :the last check-in is maximun at hour 00.00 ( midnight ) the society don't accept any complain for latest check-in.

We inform our customers that any kind of responsibility could be charged directly or indirectly in case of accidents or failures related to the use of air conditioning, internet, equipments, TV, ecc. The management will try to be 'consistent with the severity' of the damage and solve the problem as soon as it can. We inform the customers that you can not ask for discounts or refunds of money in case of accidents such as those mentioned above. So, we ask the customer to avoid any claims that will not be taken into account.
