Bed and breakfast Venice.it is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1800’s. Newly remodeled, it is located right in the heart of Venice just few minutes away from all of the main tourist attractions

The house has been completely remodeled this year. All of the rooms are double kink size bed with private bathrooms/shower, private heating and cooling system, small refrigerator, hair drier and kettle.

Prices Not includes the continental breakfast, daily cleaning , wireless access, air conditioning AN THE DAY TOURIST TAX: 3 EURO PER DAY PER PEARSON IN FULL SEASON.
Although breakfast will not be served, Free tea and coffee soluble will be provided (any time self service in the room) and we are glad to offer you some biscuits and juice as 'welcome' and the Venice map Too.

Extra bed can be added in each room for additional € 20,00

In case of Cancellation from 5 Day to 0 hours before check-in Day or NO SHOW, we will charge on your credit card the minimum stay of 2 nights(the most expensive).

    Difficult to find by yourself, better go with Vaporetto. Fun factor and atmosphere could not evaluate, because I only slept there all other time spending in the city.

    Everything was newly renovated and clean. The bathroom was nicely decorated. Their was a fridge, knives, forks and cups. Unfortunately the flat was groundfloor with no real window, but this kept the flat cool in the night. The location is great in a not very touristic area, but with rialto in a 5 min walk distance.

    Very nice, clean hostel with plenty of space. Host provided electric kettle and cookies to make our stay more comfortable. Host very nice, although uninterested in talking with guests. Private entrance to street was terrific. Huge shower, which is kept very clean. Very tastefully decorated. Looking forward to going back.

    the position of the hotel was very convinient, the room was comfortable and the owner was very helpful. The only negative observation was that the glases at the room were not clean.
