It is a perfect place to stay, near the station Termini.
The appartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners very friendly and helpful. It is a few minutes walking distance to the Roma Termini train station The only downside, it was very noisy as it is right on a busy street with a tram. If you're a light sleeper you might consider earplugs to sleep at night.
Great place! Helpful owners. Very good location and transport connections. Nice decor of rooms. But the rooms were a bit crowded. Also, one must stay silent since there are other families living on different floors. Literally 15 mins on foot to the colosseum.
This was a charming clean private B and B.The staff ( family) were so kind and helpful and yet gave privacy. It was like coming "home" each time we opened the door. 24hr access to the kitchen with coffee microwave refrige croissants and fruit. Our room was decorated like a little Italian villa. This was our favorite stay on our drip of 4 reservations from Hostelclub. They do need cash ( no credit cards) free internet and cable TV... lots of electrical outlets.
The only issue with cleanliness, to me, was that walking around on the floors with bare feet made them kind of dirty. Other than that though, the maid service was great in straightening up and everything was neet and tidy. Staff was informative, rooms were beautiful. They also provide some food and drink. I would deffinately stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Great Hostel, very nice rooms in a kind of oriental-style, great atmosphere and abundant self-service breakfast! I reccomend it!
