Very bad located, bad serviced, messy hostel. Completely wrong "how to get there". For the price one can find much better. The staff and their friends are very loud. The reception guy is from a list of "I don't know anything and don't give a shit". Highly recommend not to stay there. I moved to another hotel the same evening I checked in.
the man at reception asked for 5 extra euro, didn't give any bill, was really "pleasant" with female clients but in my opinion not professional..room stinky, not igienic paper in the dirty toelet.
Very nice place, it has kitchen, common room, 2 balconies. It is really easy to find this hostel and easy to go around too. Star hostel has fantastic staff, which are always helpful. I really recommend this hostel to everyone It is the best choice (and very good price)if you are going to stay in Milan (I stayed even for a week).
This Hostel is a realy new, but comfortable. Everything is clean, and everybody friendly.
