  3. Edward From USA On November 30, -0001

The directions to the Hotel were fairly vague and the phone number that is listed is outdated. That's the main reason I spent so much time looking for it in the rain. Very annoying. The night staff were very condescending and uptight as wel; I had fun dealing with them. The room was very clean, but looked nothing like the photos. I was disappointed and wished I would have mad a reservation at the Hilton instead. Itàs only a block away.

VERY arrogant staff: was given a smoker's room, but they refused to change it, though I'm non-smoker and cannot stand that smell... Food quality and choice for breakfast is SO POOR, and they charge 7 eur for that!!!
