    I got there and they told me my card hadn't been accepted. I already had payed the deposit of 10%, but still I could spend the night there. I never received a refund neither from Hostelsclub nor Hotel America. Worst place ever...

    The location and staff are perfect. the only minus is the temperature in the hotel during winter.

    Nice and clean place. The bads are not that great but it will do. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Nice breakfast in de the morning. I can really recommend this place.

    I reserved the hotel for two nights, but I checked out after one night. They put four beds very close to each other in a small room, such that there is not enough space between beds to get on your bed.

    The shower was not that great. There is a huge construction site very close to the hotel. Except this all was good.

    generally a good place to stay if you're a low-cost traveller. Comfortable enough for the price paid. Very friendly staff and helpful. Situated close to tram and bus lines that go to the centre, also within walking distance. Does not have the best aesthetic appeal however, and the breakfasts can improve. generally good review.

    The receptionist was very friendly. But it's a hotel which you should be flexible. For example, you can hear every word if someone is speaking in the corridor. The hotel is like a flat in a tower building.

    Okay, so the bedrooms were small, but the staff is so helpfull and friendly. You feel right at home :) Plus, the position is EXCELLENT! I would recommend it to everyone.

    Location and hotel surroundings quite ok. Very friendly staff. The hotel offers wi-fi but nobody could tell us how to set it up. Could be cleaned more carefully in the rooms. Bathrooms quite clean.

    The hotel is pretty good to reach and it's very clean. The staff is so lovely and cute, although their english wasn't that good. So i would recommend it!

    This place was much better than expected! Was small and run by a chinese family who were very helpful. Place was cleaned every day and sheets were always changed too. Breakfast was a small fruit salad, crossiant and toast - good for a hostel - and internet was cheap. Location wasnt the best but was only a bus journey away from the center, and for fun its not the best place either, but to be honest it doesnt seem like anywhere is in milan! If you meet some good people here you can have a good time! Would recommend though.

    A small hostel, but close to the centre of Milano (at walking distance & tram in front of the hostel). But very small & warm rooms and there are too many people sharing 1 room (and also 1 bathroom with shower).
