Soggiorno Santa Reparata - Florence, Italy

very friendly reception-nice room with airco, good shower. only 3 towels with 4 guests, why? breakfast can be improved with fresh bread and ham + cheese, now only nutella and jam.

Soggiorno Santa Reparata has a great price for it's value. It's relatively close to the Piazza Doumo, 10 minutes walk. The price includes a nice breakfast, whith freshly maked coffee and juice. Our room had a lovely view to the back garden, it's own refridgerator and air conditioning which is great in the summer heat.I think it was a very good value for a great price, we had a great time.

This hotel was clean with a rather modern bathroom and the staff were super courteous and nice. We got there earlier than planned so our room wasn't quite made up but we were able to lock our luggage in their office and then walk a few blocks to one of the leather/food markets to shop, eat and look around while we passed the time. We were also within walking distance of all the sites (at least we didn't find the distances to be overly far) and felt that it was a reasonable price for what we received, the time of year we stayed (summer), etc.

The host of the hostel is very kind. We have a very pleasant time and delicate Italian breakfast. The sanitation is quite good.

Hosts are really nice! The fact that the place is located in a street where there are a lot of big garbage cans is not pleasant.

Soggiorno Santa Reparata is absolutely great place to stay. Very clean, nice atmosphere, kind staffs. I would love to be back to the hostel.

I wasn't quite sure about this guest house since reviews differ but I personally liked this accommodation so much! Well, it's not super close to the main station but close enough, about 10mins on foot and the room and toilet are very clean and tidy. You get clean towel everyday and bed is tied up for you. Breakfast is also great! a croissant, some buiscuits, yogurt,fruits and coffee&juice. Staff are very nice and friendly too. I will definitely stay again if I visit Florence again.

The hostel was clean and nice warm. Ten minutes from the train station. The breakfast was included.

The host is so nice, treating us like family. They always provide what we need.

No pude concurrir, Tampoco tuve tiempo de cancelar la reservación, lo que si puedo decir y sin quejarme es que me han cobrado la primer noche de alojamiento, como en cualquier hotel, pero sin descontar la parte que habia pagado ya en la pagina.

The sheets were not clean and the bathroom was shared by more than 6 people. Therefore, no hygiene whatsoever was guaranteed.

Se trata de una casa donde se alquilan habitaciones. A primera vista uno se decepciona un poco, pero una vez instalado, uno se siente como en una casa de familia... la atencion es muy buena y no está tan lejos de las atracciones turísticas... lo malo, si no tenés un mapa, es difícil encontrarlo la primera vez :P

I can't honestly recommend this establishment. Its strong points are nice clean sheets and lovely rough clean white large towels. The manager is a pleasant, helpful lady. Yet the room was badly maintained (broken fridge, broken bathroom door, bubbling wall paint coming off on luggage and clothes) and window screens would have kept out the (literal) swarms of mosquitoes. They are trying and helpful however, and offer free WiFi (which we could not access).

There was an italian family like atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that wasn't perfect perhaps was the breakfast: we ate zwieback instead of real bread.

Amazing place in the center of the city! Very clean! Great value for cheap price. I will definitely return here and would recommend this to everybody! If you're traveling with more people this is the great place!

Book now, this was the best hostel ive been on italy by far. Best breakfast ever, cofee, milk, plenty of croisants, tea, juice, toast, fruit, etc. People really nice and speak good english. Nice room and really cheap comparing to other places in florence. Room was warm and there was FREE WIFI, in other hostels you have to pay 5eu if you lucky they got the service. I love this hostel

A very nice stay, a pleasant unobtrusive hostess in Donna

We had a room for four, which was spacious and clean. The kitchen was inside our room but we were told we had to pay 6€ per day to use it. It was like a little appartment. We had also a fridge and towels for free. The staff was nice. You had to have breakfast in a house outside the hostel, which was not a big deal, but it was not very good.
