Located in centers of the Florence a 2 blocks from central station and walking distance from everything, Locanda Giovanna is a simple and clean hotel and is perfect place for your holidays.
Our hotel gives a pleasant and affordable accommodation with regard to its excellent position, which is close to Santa Maria Novella station and city historical centre.

All the main tourist travelers attractions are situated just a few steps from us: from the artistic and cultural ones, such as the Duomo, the Church of Santa Croce, the unique Ponte Vecchio, rather than business locations for meetings, congresses and fairs.

The hotel has 7 single, double and triple rooms, with either private or external bathroom. Locanda Giovanna is a family pension where you will feel quickly at home. If you want a quiet atmosphere in a clean and simple, Locanda Giovanna is the ideal place.
The hotel is on the third floor and we do not have a lift in operation.

    The hostel is located right next to the main railwaystation, which is perfect. The owner, Giovanna, is super friendly and nice, which is why i'd definitely recommend this hostel!

    O quarto é muito agradável, limpo e organizado. A dona do hostel é uma senhora simpática e faz você se sentir em casa. O único problema foi ter de subir as escadas com as malas, pois não tem elevador.

    Nice, clean and very good located place. It is only 5 minutes of walking distance from train station (were also buses from airport have their stop). Also all places of interest are in walking distance. Staff is very kind and helpful. Only disanvantage is that it can be a bit too loud for sleeping comfortably but I guess this is price of living in a centre of city full of tourists.

    It's a very pleasant place, neat and clean. Staff is very hospitable and kind. It's located very close to central railway station and the cathedral. I really recommend it.

    Was in a really good location and rooms were nice and big and well lit with good bathrooms limited shower time! The sheets had a spot of blood and walls are so very thin it is extremely noisy and hard to sleep witht the addition of an uncomfortable bed
