Dany House - Florence, Italy

The staff is as great and as cheerful as can be. One possible improvement would be to have top sheets on the bed too (instead of just bottom sheet and blanket). When I was there, there was no atmosphere (neither positive nor negative) since there was no one else there.

Great stay with the friendliest staff! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient and comfortable stay while visiting the beautiful city of Florence!

Absolutely Fantastic! By far the best hostel I have stayed at. Hosts Liborio & Lara treat you just like family. Only 10-15 walk to Florence's centre. Best Hostel; will defiantly go back.

I loved my two nights stay at Danyhouse! Laura and labborio were very nice and made guests feel at home. It was like staying at a friends house not a hostel. The wine party that happens every evening around 7pm is a great opportunity to meet other travelers staying at the hostel.

Dany House was freaking awesome. It was in a nice location within walking distance to the heart of historical Florence. Would definitely stay here again! :)

PLEASE NOTE: There is no dancing in this hostel. Overall okay, gets the job done.

The best hostel I have been to, with a great, friendly atmosphere, and staff who go the extra mile to make sure you have a nice time.

Dany house! I have visited loats of hostels around the world and not very many seem to bit Dany house's 'fun factor' level. I would really recommend it. Everyone receives a great initial welcome over tea and snacks with free maps and tips on historical, leisure and food locations to visit and enjoy.. you cannot get lost or feel lost. The guys who run it are part of the game, anything you need they have and whatever the problem they have a solution handed to you with a big smile. The atmosphere is serene. The place is real clean. If you ever happen to visit Florence and you need a friendly place to stay visit Dany House.

From the cake and iced water on arrival to Jonathan's help with tour info to the breakfast the next day, I felt as if I were being welcomed into someone's home. Thanks, Jonathan!

There were more than 4 mosquitoes above my head disturbing my sleeping. There was no breakfast serves until 9 a.m. Think twice if you really want to start your day in Firenze that late! They recommended a restaurant they cooperated and refused to tell me any other restaurant closer. It was an unpleasant experience.

Iv been to many hostels and I absolutly loved Dany House. It was a small hostel that felt like home. You got to know the owner and staff that really wanted to get to know you. You werent just another traveller, you felt so welcome.

Staff is great! Loved my stay. All the people staying there and the whole atmosphere.. It's like a family.

Really wonderful atmosphere and great people stayed with us! It's a reasonable walking distance from most of the city's attractions. Jonathan the manager was very helpful and gave us great tips for traveling outside of Florence too!

Jonathan and Ella are very very nice!! make you feel so warm and welcoming. Must be part of the reason why you love this city and make you wanna stay longer in Florence!
