A great place to stay in Florence, and very close to the important points of interest of Florence

I booked for a double room with shared bathroom. What I got was nothing like those shown in the photos. The place is old and doesn't look at all newly renovated. Beds were dusty, so were the tabletops and chairs. No wardrobe available. There was no fan in the room and I had to ask the landlady for one, which she gladly gave me. Location was good, very near train station and sightseeing spots. Landlady couldn't speak much english but was really nice. Gladly gave me hot water when I asked for some. Wifi works fine. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. For this price, guess I can't expect too much.

Our room was old and dirty. I got bug bites seriously but my friend was very fine. Mosquitos are always in the room. Not recommend this place. I am sorry to say this.

we stayed for 2nights with double room here. we supposed there was private bathroom. but i have to remind everyone if u really want to secure a private bathroom u have to come in at least 4 person. coz the bathroom is ouside the room and u need to share it with yr friends, like in an "apartment". For us, the old lady arranged wrongly the first night and so we need to share the bathroom with strangers. Anyway, the building is old but very nice and pretty^^. the old lady was great and lovely. She arranged the room for us correctly the 2nd day. she also gave us chocolate and coffee^^. But the wifi doesnt work. overall its not the best hostel but we had valuable experience.

The localisation of the hotel was perfect, the street was a little bit noisy but ok. The woman responsible is very nice but speaks only in italian. The room was pretty old but ok for one night, the only problem was the bathroom, very durty and the shower in bad condition ! We have signaled that and we have received a reduction of the price.

Very good locality, close to main station but this was run by a old couple who is trying their best. Moderate clean and the whole night, calling bell were keep ringing. if you are unlucky and got a room close to the office then its difficult to sleep. Though its given under B&B, no breakfast is provided.
