Corvin Point Rooms and Apartments is a well run family hostel providing all types of accomodation such as dormitory rooms, private rooms and apartments. The hostel can accomodate 33 guests at the same time while all our rooms and apartments are in the same building in one place. Besides the different types of accomodation, we can offer a massive variety of additional services such as: bike rental, free walking tours in the city, boating on the river Danube, sightseeing tours both in Budapest and the country side, wine tasting, or caving under Budapest in exciting caves.

As we have been working in hostel business for more than 15 years our mission has never changed: Give our guests a real home, with full of new experience. So far many backpackers, groups, and couples have chosen us. We look forward to seeing you too!

The room:
Our private rooms are fully renovated ENSUITE rooms for 2-4 people with the following services and amenities:
- own bathroom (toilet and shower inside the room)
- LCD TV with 72 multi-language channel
- minibar with icemaker
- optional aircondition (costs extra)
- free high speed WIFI internet connection
- free bed linen and towels
- fully equipped, large, common kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electronic owen...etc.)
- free maps and different types of tickets are available at the reception

Our shared dorm rooms are different sized, fully renovated rooms which can accomodate 4-8 people per room with the following services and amenities:
- shared bathroom (toilet and shower inside the room)
- lockers
- optional aircondition (costs extra)
- free high speed WIFI internet connection
- free bed linen and towels
- fully equipped, large, common kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, electronic owen...etc.)
- free maps and different types of tickets are available at the reception

Parking:
However from Friday 18:00 until Monday 8:00 the parking is free of charge in the street of the hostel, parking costs money almost everywhere in the city during the weekdays. Metered parking can be found on the street of the hostel which costs 280HUF/hour, but only 3 hours can be bought at the same time. There is a 24/7 private parking lot with camera surveillance just 2 corners away from the hostel for 10EUR/day. The staff will show you how to use it and where to park.

The building:
A typical Hungarian apartmenthouse. However the hostel is fully renovated inside, the building itself is remained exactly the same way as it was in the middle of the communism. As you look around in the middle of the courtyard, you can still find some bullet holes on the walls made at the time of the Hungarian Revolution in 1956.

The location:
The hostel is in the center of Budapest only one minute walk from the two main public transportation lines of Budapest:
- M3 (blue) metro line (station: Corvin-negyed)
- Tram nr.4 or nr. 6 (station: Corvin-negyed)
From here, you can easily reach all the important sightseeing spots in 10-20 minutes: Castle District, Váci Street, Parlament, Gellért Hill, National Museum, House of Terror, Heroes Square, and of course the famous Hungarian thermal baths.

Whatever you need in the city, you can get it from the neighborhood in 1 minute: 24/7 supermarket, bakeries, banks, ATM machines, currency exchange, post office, pharmacy, movies, coffees, restaurants, pubs, music clubs, nightclubs, casinos.

In addition, no worries about how to get home at night, most of the night buses stop 2 minutes from Corvin Point and they come in every 10-20 minutes.
