The A&O München Hauptbahnhof was opened in 2005 right next to the Central Station. The small hostel in the city centre has a quiet atmosphere and modern rooms, almost all equipped with their own balcony.
The A&O München Hauptbahnhof is just 400 meters away from the Central Station and is thus easy to reach by train. Due to the A&O's central location the Altstadt can be easily reached by foot and is the ideal starting point for excursions into the Munich city centre.
At the A&O München Hauptbahnhof almost every room has a balcony. In just five minutes you can be at the Theresienwiese to not only take part in the hustle and bustle of Oktoberfest but also just to relax and have a picnic. Due to its very central location we can only recommend public transport. For those arriving by car we offer our own underground parking. Our staff will also glady provide you with insider information on the best parking spots nearby.

    Unfortunately, this hostel is a bit far from the Central Train Station, requiring about 15 minutes walking, but its facilities are good.

    The hotel it was great, but they offered internet and I spent 4 days and it wasn't available to use, so that was a problem. Except that issue, I enjoyed my stay there

    Everything was perfect! The only thing I really care is the position; the hostel was few minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof. The only thing disappointed me was the not-included breakfast. And this was not clearly stated before...

    Good place, near the Hauptbanhof, strategic position.. not bad for prices, personnel is good learned, but not perfect english-speaking.. garage for the cars is small, difficult to access through a little-lift.. for my new Passat was a nightmare!!! Good breakfast, good rooms, cleanly and not so little... great bathroom and showers.. total rate : 7/10. bye

    This has been one of the greatest hostels I have ever been. Efficient, nice breakfast, great position (5 mins walk from main train station).

    Maybe a littel caused by the madness of the FIFA WC but anyway: - You have to pay eur 3,- for clean sheets. But nobody at the check in who tells you that so you have to que again. - The original A&O hostel was double booked so I had to walk to the other location. No compensation or cold beverage waiting for me there. Just the same rating but instead of a 4 bed dorm it was now a 6 bed dorm.
