The hostel boats 'Shipotel Eastern & Shipotel Western', looks forward to welcoming you onboard with its unusual atmosphere which is unique to Berlin!
The 'Shipotel Eastern' has 1 dormitories and private ensuite cabins (Only bookable on hotel website ).

The 'Shipotel Western' is Perfect for low budget travellers because all the cabins from 1 up to 3 beds, with shared showers and toilets. The shared community bathrooms are centrally located on the upper deck and the spacious roof terrace sets the perfect setting for relaxing and absorbing Berlin.
The boat is equipped with a modern central heating system in every cabin to ensure comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: Berlin is under construction! The Spree river on the Western side is being renovated.
Effective immediately, our Western boat is in exile on the eastern side of the Spree river
for a number of months. Our guests will be happy because they will have only to walk 1min to their cabins after checking in!

'floating Lounge'
You can chill out with a German beer, a cup of coffee, or a cocktail, after a long days walk through town in our lounge or on the spacious top sundeck.

For security reasons, children under 3 years of age & non- swimmers are not allowed on board.
Dogs are allowed however you will need to check with us and pay 10 euros per dog per night and must be kept on a lead when walking on boat.

    Very close to East Side Gallery but not to city center, you need to take the underground. To live in a boat is really a great experience! The people there were incredible nice. No bedclothes included!

    Super-friendly stuff, free late night tea/coffee, extra towels/blankets, perfect location for O2 goers. Also right next to the Berlin wall!
