    Stupid system of Wi-Fi.

  2. Eva From Belgium On November 30, -0001

There were no bed sheets left. We had to sleep without. I think that was not nice

  3. Anna From USA On November 30, -0001

There were bedbugs in our room. We obviously left this hostel after discovering them and although we asked for a refund, it was not given. We have tons of pictures as proof and showed the staff who agreed there were Indeed bedbugs but only gave us an email to write a complaint and that was it. One of the worst experiences I have had.

  4. Charmagne From Philippines On November 30, -0001

Everything is good except for the WIFI that is not working on the rooms.

  5. Yee Hung From Hong Kong On November 30, -0001

Wifi can only be used within limited hours. Breakfast time ends by 0945.

  6. BYUN From South Korea On November 30, -0001

I wasn't notified that my room will be changed in the middle of my stay, and I don't understand why we are not allowed to stay in the hostel from 11am-3pm

  7. Karolina From Poland On November 30, -0001

good lacation, clean, breakfast, nice staff, all you need to stay in chep price. Only bed can be better but the rest was ok.

  8. Yash From India On November 30, -0001

Rude staff. One guy who sits in the nighr is very rude. No help for laptop etc and no kitchen

  9. Hye Young From South Korea On November 30, -0001

So so. Not bad. Not good.

  10. Sara From Portugal On November 30, -0001

The location is good. But the conditions are not the best. When I arrived to sleep my second night in my bed, someone was sleeping on it.. A better system to control that would be useful. When they say "extra towel" or "extra bed sheet" they don't mean "extra", because sheets and towels are not included. Breakfast ok.

Had a great time! great staff and great services!

  12. Ekpoawan From USA On November 30, -0001

It's good. I didn't appreciate the fact that the internet only works from 12.30pm to 1am. Also didn't like having to leave the hostel at 11am. Other than that, it's a good cheap option for accommodation in Paris.

  13. Maria Gabriela From Venezuela On November 30, -0001

Very comfy hostal. The staff is very polite and they are eager to help their customers. Nice ambiance, free wifi and breakfast, and close to the subway station Ledru-Rollin. Right across the street there is a groceries store (Franprix) where you can buy fruits, veggetables and frozen meals if you wish to do so. Stayed here twice and it was a pleasent experience. Clean facilities and friendly people. Highly recommended.

  14. MIGUEL ALEJANDRO From Mexico On November 30, -0001

Internet is only available from 1pm to 1am, but the schedule changes without prior notice. Staff is VERY rude and kick people off between 11am to 1pm because of cleaning. No one can complain, or argue with them. Just horrible.

  15. Wai Yin From Hong Kong On November 30, -0001

It was horrible. It was totally different from the photos and the description. First of all wifi is limited. It only works between 12pm and 1am which is definitely unacceptable. Secondly the bathroom&toliet were horribly small. I mean there's NO SPACE at all. I swear they were smaller than your bathtub at home. Thirdly I booked a 4 people mixed room and there was only 3 plungs!! How are we supposed to charge our devices? Plus the plungs were placed in a ridiculous location. Not beside your bed. It's next to the door of the toliet. I mean why??? Fourthly I don't understand why we can only enter our room after 3 pm. I arrived at 7 after an overnight bus and I was told I can't go into the room!!! How come? I just want to take a bath. Fifthly the staff is not very nice. My bed was broken and a part of the matress could go way down to the lower bunk. Told them, they told me “it's not serious”. Seriously??? The hostel is really far away from the centre. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. YOU’D RATHER PAY MORE FOR A BETTER ONE. TRUST ME.

  16. Lokesh From India On November 30, -0001

Location and the staffs were good in the hostel. But room was very bad with the unventilated attached bathroom. Bed was making all sorts of sound. There was only one power socket for the whole room that made it difficult for 4 of us to charge our phones and cameras. WiFi was too slow. Bad stay for a wonderful trip to Paris.

  17. ZUZANNA From Poland On November 30, -0001

It was really noisy, like REALLY, but great value for money! I would reccomend :)

  18. Miriam From Germany On November 30, -0001

There was a strange noise in my room the whole night! But the bed was comfortabel and clean, the toilets too. The breakfast is really Small but the hostel is near to the Metro Station that is finde!

  19. Katharine Dai From China On November 30, -0001

The location is perfect, very close to Metro. The staff there are very sweet. The entry check is strict. Every floor has a shared bathroom. Idk but my quilt is a little bit smelly... But for short stay this place is perfect

  20. Janet From Philippines On November 30, -0001
