The staff only speaks Czech. If you plan to cook, bring your own pots, dishes and cutlery. Other things are OK.To get from the metro station to the hostel,I recommend using GoogleMaps satellite view.

  2. Krzysztof From Poland On November 30, -0001

Staff had problem with English language. No ther problems. Ideal pleace as a place to sleep.

  4. Agata Terentyeva, From Russia On November 30, -0001

inexpensive, fairly close to the metro and bus. It is an adequate service for the money. Nearby the restaurant where tasty and inexpensive feed in the same building - a supermarket, if you want to prepare yourself

WORST HOSTEL EVER! Terrible location, far from the metro without properly direction in the description. The reception isn't 24 hours. We arrived at 30.dec at 11p.m., and, after touching the bell a lot of times, we were received by a bald czech ogre. He didn't speak a word in english. Was rude and keep "following" us by the corridors when we were at the hotel. Dirty, the room wasn't cleaned for the 4 days that we stayed. Empty reception. Not any utensil in the kitchen.

  6. Eva From Germany On November 30, -0001

I was very disappointed of the Hotel. It has 2 stars but I don't know for what. The pictures in the internet were not realistic: The room had only one light-bulb, the ceiling was coming down and in the bath the pipes lay all open. On top of that the people in the reception were very unfriendly and didn't give a welcome. 10 Euros each night is less but so was the service.

  7. Massoud From Iran On November 30, -0001

good located, bathroom was clean and also the kitchen. the only problem I faced was the staff who could not speak English and they did not behaved proffesionally.

  8. Doru Florian From Romania On November 30, -0001

The street is very difficult to be found, as on the map it appear to connect with the main road, but this is only through a small, fenced sideways. The personnel was amazingly polite. Some improvements as a new painting of the walls, new carpets, fresh linen. Have fun and continue to do a great job.

  9. Wen From China On November 30, -0001

No computer on the recpict desk, our reservtion information was lost. We had to move to another hostel at 3:00 AM. WTF!

  10. Laura From Romania On November 30, -0001

Far from the center! Staff don't speack any language!!! No credit cards, no maps, no help. The internet didn't work.

  11. Suzana From Brazil On November 30, -0001

Staff doesn't speak english, doesn't accpt credt card. Bad location, very far from downtown. No wifi in the room.

  12. Lorenzo Jacopo From Italy On November 30, -0001

The room was not very clean and at the reception it was hard to communicate because of the language (not english, only czech or german);the room feels hot and with tv and fridge; the position was very good (a market, a shop and 2 pub were just under the hostel) and near to metro "C" (the stop was called "kacerov" and it was 10 minutes by metro to the center; finally a good place to sleep ,cheap and near. ps: there were not towels and soap

  13. Judit From Romania On November 30, -0001

I have found a dark place, a dirty room, the linen was ragged, and all the objects in the room were covered with dust. Im not a pretentious person, but i not recommend this place to persons who would like to sleep in a clear place after a heavy day.

  14. Xin From China On November 30, -0001

The hotel is good and the staff is nice. It would be better if she could speak English. But anyway, the hotel is cheap, clean and safe.
