Really great hostel with a lovely walk into town along the river! The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is easy to get to from the main train station. Would definitely stay here again.

  2. Hali From USA On November 30, -0001

Not very close to the older, historical section of the city, but it's easy enough to walk there. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Wifi was a bit unreliable in the lobby.

  3. KOWSHIK From India On November 30, -0001

hostel is good. but overpriced compared to other cities.

  4. Batuhan From Turkey On November 30, -0001

We had to call a person and wait for her to enter the hostel. I wish they also accept `offical` check-ins after 10 pm.

  5. Suzanne From Netherlands On November 30, -0001

We stayed for 3 nights and due to bookingsystemproblems I slept all nights in different rooms. They made a dorm of 4 beds bigger by placing extra beds without proper space for it. Somehow it was also to difficult to place the two of us in the same dorm, even when there were many people traveling alone and just staying for one night.

  6. Constance From USA On November 30, -0001

Dorm rooms. Good breakfast. Better to have dinner out. Bar in basement very nice. A very long walk from center of town.

  7. Kealan From England On November 30, -0001

Inside looks like a school or college. But good clean room. Quiet at night, good bed and shower. Breakfast good, but was not told by reception that my breakfast was already included in price.20 minute walk from town. But overall, handy enough.

Think this is an old school, very big building. Very clean and the staff give you the info you need without being over friendly about it. Location not great, need to get the tram and then it is another 10 min walk. Not too near the centre of it all but cheap so you get what you pay for. Not awful.

  9. Nitin From India On November 30, -0001

15 min walking from station. All facilities good, good breakfast, good staff, clean environment, overall very good.

I've stayed only two nights, but I think that this Gastehaus can be hospitable and genuine; there were every kind of people, for age and nationality. It's necessary, however, using bus to reach the centre of the town. But for the main station there were only two stops. Thank you - Lidia

The hotel is excellent, especially the breadfast is rich and tasty. The room is clean, and very comfortable.

One of the best places I've stayed, pretty clean, nice staff and they offer a huge breakfast included. It is quite far to the historical city (15 min by bus, not so bad) but it is worth it. Furthermore, the city is so beautiful... I'll be back!

Nice place for everyone. Perfect if you have the car or bike, something to move.

  14. Ken From South Africa On November 30, -0001

Orderd a room with a double bed, and got one with two beds instead, but, as we were staying only one night, and were tired, didn't feel like complaining. Stff are very friendly, and the Internet access was cheapest I've seen in hotels - 3 euro / 24 hours.
