Staff was kind, clean, very nice hotel dough a little bit far
Great hotel at a decent price- very modern rooms and clean too. Was a tram ride away from the city center but the tram ran frequently so it wasn't too bad. It was also in a quiet location. Just what I needed for a stop-over in Innsbruck!
Modern and clean, comfortable rooms. Location was a bit out of the centre and the staff were not very informative or clear about public transport or downtown information. Good breakfast.
Its ok, in general, but the truth is that the price is to high for what they offer, the room is so little you can hardrly be there with your lugagge, but isnt horrible either, the problem is the size and the price cause the room is cosy and everythiong its nice
