Worst attitude ever in the world. The lady, answering the door is a total lier. Not only she leaves you in the street at 1 o'clock at night in Harlem, after 17 hours of flight, but she does not even appologize for cancelling without notification. From what I saw through the door, the place is not clean.

Stayed in Apr 2012 for 11 nights // all time verry clean room + kitchens and bath // Staff verry kind and helpfull specialy if you need some extrahelp // Position, well its nit midtown, but its excellent located at crossing from 8th Avenue and 123West, so that the Busline No 10 is just 40m away wich service is run untill 2am from Columbuscircle BUT Subways are also less than 5min away// fun talked a lot in the kitchen with others ^^ // got home usually by 1 to 3am and had never problems to get there// local and bigger supermarkets in walkingdistance// I recomend it einfachholger"at"web.de

We staid for a week at La Sienna and it was a joy! The bathroom, toilet and kitchen was always clean .. Manny and Yvette was always there to help you if you needed anything. The guesthouse is two blocks from the metro and from there it takes 15 min to downtown Manhattan. A place we can recommend for the couple who wants to see New York, but don't want to waste all the money on a expensive hotelroom :)

The owner was very helpfull and we had a overall nice stay in NYC with a place to call home for the time we stayed there. Thanks for that!

Loved it. In the middle of everything but still quiet and peaceful. Lovely people taking care of the place. Really good for when you're on budget and do not want to share a room with others.
