It is an affordable accommodation in a clean, comfortable environment that feels like at home away from home.
Chic&Budget 131 is a historic brownstone duplex guesthouse located in uptown Manhattan, with 3 spacious rooms.
The rooms are all privates with double bed, very catchy decorated, have air conditioning for hot summer days, fitted wardrobe, private bathroom outside the room, safe, I-Pod docking station, and flat screen TV.

Only the 'Garden Room' has its own exclusive backyard and the private bathroom inside the room.

The shared spaces are the kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a living-dining room with a table, chairs and sofa.

* Booking Policy *
- Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date will be charged 100%, otherwise, 50% will be charged.
* We have a 2.5% fee for credit card payments.

* General Cancellation Policy *
No refunds for any charge on CC according to booking policy above.
- In case of a “no-show”, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
