We sponsor a sports program in a community riddled with drugs and gangsterism. Join us for a day to see what we are up to. Bring your old soccer boots with you.

KNITTING
We keep a basket of wool in our café and lounge. Knit a square or two while you are here - we sew it up and with your help another orphaned baby will be warm. If you have some wool lying about your or your grandmother's house, bring it along!!

    please change or dump or clean the carpet in the room. it smells terrible and we should kill cockroach on it too.

    I had a lovely stay though very inflexible when wanting to check out days earlier, no refund even though the room could easily be resold.

    didn't stay here , hostelsclub booked me into a hostel with no room .had to find somewhere else and they still took 6 euros off my card for the booking . never again

    good hostel. Great location. Helpful staff, although I did loose my camera while there and no one turned it into the lost and found.

    Excellent base for seeing Cape town if you are an independent traveler. Everyone was mega friendly and the staff could organize everything - they even arranged a trip to the middle of a township for me. I felt very safe there and always had someone to talk to.
