I stayed at this hostel for 3 days and I enjoied my time here. The owners are very friendly and everthing is very clean. Because of the season I shared the room with only one guy. Would ever come back if I need a hostel in Valpo. |

Hostal Portabello was very welcoming and clean. Our room was very large with an esuite and the beds and linen very comfortable.. Catalina was helpful and spole good english. The only drawback would be the noise form the port but in reality it was not a problem given all the good aspects of the hostal. Definitely recommend to stay here. |

We found this hostal to be comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great,especially the homemade bread and a toaster, first toast we have had in Chile. Alexandro was very helpfull in directing us and providing information on walking tours in the city. He offered and served us tea on numerous occasions and had taxis ready for us. He and his wife werevery pleasant to talk with. (in english). |
